MicroSkills is approved under California Education Code Section 94915 to operate as a private postsecondary education institution in California. The Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education (“Bureau”) has determined that this institution’s operational plan satisfies the minimum standards listed in Education Code section 94915(b), formerly 94781/94311(a). As prescribed by California Education Code Section 94915, an on-site evaluation was conducted and MicroSkills had demonstrated substantial compliance with the New Reform Act of 1998.
