Amy Effman has been working in the education field for the past seven years. In the last two years she has served as a Career Development Advisor at MicroSkills. She is an alumnus from both the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelors of Business Administration, and National University where she graduated with top honors with a Masters of Cross-Cultural Education. She has a passion for education and thoroughly enjoys helping students discover how to achieve their career goals. Apart from her experience as a Career Development Advisor, she has played an active role in the classroom as a substitute teacher for Alachua County, Florida and currently holds a California emergency teaching credential. Outside of work her interests include travel, dance and working out. Her primary goal as a Career Development Advisor is to assist each student in their journey to success.
