My goal as an instructor is to communicate and clearly demonstrate that IT technology does not have to be overwhelming. I want my students to leave the classroom confident with their new skills and eager to move forward in their careers.

My first work opportunity began in systems support and training in 1983 where I trained for dedicated word processing. As the industry grew, I developed the necessary skills to keep pace with the latest technologies for PC and Macintosh. In addition to training/consulting, I developed user group seminars. I began my own business in 1987. I moved into Networking Operating Systems in 1995. I have been a Microskills instructor for 1 year.
