Experience:
For the past 17 years I have worked in various Information Technology careers. In 1987 I began as a computer technician and since have worked as a Field Engineer installing and configuring proprietary computer systems, and later, developed training standards and certification processes for our in-house engineers and clients. Thereafter, I accepted a position as a Systems Administrator with Conoco where I managed a major operations network. I was hired by DAOU Systems to start and run their IT training department and was instrumental in developing the training infrastructure for the company to go public. In my years working in Information Technology, I always felt the need to give something back to this industry. I have been an IT instructor for the past 8 years.
